Returns & Exchanges

We want you to feel the OO! If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange your footwear within 30 days of the delivery date, provided they are in original condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Select the items you wish to return or exchange and download your prepaid shipping label provided by our system.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Place your unworn OOFOS in their original packaging and attach the shipping label to the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 7-10 business days.
